Pastor Kofi Owusu-Boakye serves as the Resident Minister of PIWC Metro City Church, Virginia, with a deep commitment to God, His people, and the work of the Gospel. He is passionate about discipleship, leadership development, and building a Christ-centered church that impacts both its members and the surrounding community.
He has served within the Church of Pentecost, USA, for many years, including as a founding member and former National Financial Secretary of PENSA-USA until 2010. During this period, he invested deeply in mentoring young believers, guiding them to grow in Christ, discern their God-given calling, and live lives rooted in biblical truth.
In May 2023, Pastor Kofi was appointed International Coordinator for PENSA, where he serves the global PENSA fraternity by promoting unity, strengthening collaboration across nations, and advancing the shared mission of evangelism and discipleship.
In addition to ministry, Pastor Kofi has over two decades of experience as a Development Economist, serving as an Economist and Senior Economic Advisor with the United States Government. His work has contributed to development initiatives across Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia, reflecting a commitment to stewardship, service, and societal transformation.
He is married to Mrs. Auddismart Owusu-Boakye, a nurse practitioner, and together they are blessed with three children, Gabriel, Lydia, and Allison.
