As the resident minister at the heart of the City of God, Pastor Kofi Owusu-Boakye lives a life deeply rooted in faith, marked by visionary leadership and a profound commitment to his community. His noteworthy influence within the Church of Pentecost, USA, stems from his roles as a founding member and the National Financial Secretary of PENSA-USA up until 2010. In these positions, Ovr. Kofi dedicated himself to mentoring young believers, guiding them towards becoming individuals centered on the Gospel, fully embracing their spiritual journeys and divine callings.

In May 2023, he was appointed the International Coordinator for PENSA, underscoring his ambitious goal to unite the church's global community in the shared mission of Gospel outreach. This role highlights his deep commitment to building connections among believers worldwide, fostering a united front in faith and purpose.

Pastor Kofi serves as a bi-vocational minister and balances this role with his professional accomplishments as a Development Economist. He has made a distinguished and globally impactful contribution over a 20-year career with the US Government as an Economist and Senior Economic Advisor. His work spans over 40 countries across Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia and underscores a commitment to promoting development and prosperity worldwide.

Together with his wife, Dcns. Auddismart, a dedicated nurse practitioner, and their three children, Gabriel, Lydia, and Allison, Pastor Kofi's family life is a reflection of the values he champions. Their commitment to service and deep faith in God's power illustrates the harmonious blend of their professional, spiritual, and personal lives.
