Douglas Yarfi Mensah, the Presiding Elder at PIWC Metro City Virginia, co-leads a dynamic congregation in the City of God with a leadership style deeply rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit: his beloved wife, Dcns. Tina Mensah and their three wonderful children play a significant role in his ministry, offering both support and inspiration.

Under Eld. Douglas's stewardship, the congregation flourishes with the support of a spiritually mature Presbytery comprised of dedicated men and women. This team is committed to the congregation's spiritual well-being and growth, addressing each member's needs with Christ's transformative grace.
